Hey I got $30 from Party Poker. All I have to do is play 300 raked hands. Played 155 last night and made $7! Lets see how much I can run this into.
Played 5 SNG's in the last two days and have two seconds and a third so the beat goes on. Also played in the $2 frenzy and won $10.
Ok so it's not big money but it's a start towards rebuilding the bankroll.
Don’t know if I will play in the Neg-O tonight. I'll have to play it by ear. $10 is a bit of a waste while I am in rebuilding mode, especialy because I am so far behind in this quarters standings.
I also got my FCP chip set. It's pretty cool. I'll try and post a picture when Pat gives me my cord back.

Time to analyze the game a bit. Jeffery said something to me the other day while I was playing in a tournament and he was watching me. It was about a hand he watched me play. He made a comment about a guy who raised me, he said the guy had been raising with nothing and that I should have reraised the guy. This made me sit back and think for a while.
The first thing it made me think about was the fact that Jeffery was paying more attention to the players at my table than I was and he wasn't even playing! I realized that I have been playing multiple tournaments while watching TV and cruising the internet all at the same time. Well if there is one thing that I'm not good at it's multitasking.
The second thing is I realized that the reraise had fallen completely out of my tool box. I couldn't remember the last time I had reraised somebody when I wasn't just trying to trap them.
Well I decided to play some $5 ten seaters and try and get my grove back. Time to go back to basics. Results out of ten SNG's played yesterday, I had five cashes (2 firsts and 3 seconds.) In the five I cashed in, I played one at a time. In the five I didn't cash in I was playing multiple tournaments (and watching the Colts loose.)
I know that ten is not a large sample but I like the trend. Lets see if it continues.

Wow poker really does hate me!
Playing in a Stage 1 poker classic qualifier top 4 get seats to Stage 2
Sitting right at the average stack with $5410 in chips.
Blinds are 200/400 I'm on the button with AcKc. It’s folded around to me so I raise to $1000.
Small blind goes all in for $7320 big blind folds.
SB has been going all in with every A face so I felt good calling him. If I win the pot I can slide right into a seat.
He turns over AhQD, cool for me domination I just hope no Q!
Flop is 8d5dJs good flop for me!
Turn Kh eliminating the Q and his flush draw!
River is (yes you guessed it) the miracle 10!
Fuckin' runner, runner straight!
Act #2 of poker hates me for the night

2 folds in front of me Big stack is the bb I get AsJc. Time to go.
Others fold bb has to call me. Turns over a JsKc. Cool I'm dominating again.
Flop is 4c Td Ad. Woot great flop for me all I have to worry about is the 4 Q's.
Well guess what comes on the turn? Yup Q. FUCK!!!!
Naturally I don’t get the same treatment on the river with a K to tie.
Nope rivers a blank and I'm done.
When is this going to stop? I haven't won a SNG or cashed in a MTT in a little over a month. It's bad beat after bad beat over and over again! I may have to quit.

Sorry I have been gone for a while.
In poker news. Poker still hates me. But I have had a couple of seconds in SNG's but not enough to overcome multiple losses in SNG's and MTT. Thank God the GWD qualifiers are over!
In personal news:
Well Nick is gone. He shipped our for Great Lakes on Wednesday. Mother Bear is not happy. Many tears were shed. I am so very proud of my son. He is going to kick ass in the Navy.
Busy weekend ahead. We are showing the robot at Gencon and we have Freshman Fest at school on Sunday along with scoutband picnic and Troup 161 committee meeting. All this should help to keep my poker losses to a minimum!

Well the GWD tournament didn't go well again, short stacked all-in with QQ called with KK. Oh well that's poker.
For some reason I played in the $50 tourney last night. Got all-in with JJ against 99 and QJ. 99 has me covered, 9 on the turn, blahh.
Mistakenly got into a limit SNG. OOppps Played nutbar, it was fun while it lasted. I forgot how fun that can be. I may have to put some money on Stars so I can have fun on the micro tables when I'm on tilt.

So I'm playing in the Golf w/DN tournament last night and I totally played like a donk on the bubble. I'm so pissed at myself!
Six players left and I'm short stacked at 12k (but not by much, Gary and Shaver were only a little ahead of me) I get 99 two from the blind and I raised to 4k. What a fucking idiot, why didn't I go all-in! I hate when I play pussy poker at the bubble! Arghhhhh.
I scared the shit out of my two dogs with my tantrum afterwards!
